2018 Washington State Parks Tour
Summer 2018 will see Chautauqua embark once more on a partnership with the WA State Parks system, visiting several parks and surrounding communities mostly in the central part of the state, culminating in a visit to Peace Arch Park at the Canadian border in Blaine. Tour dates are June 14 – 30, 2018.
Parks to be visited include Soap Lake, Sun Lakes / Dry Falls State Park (and nearby Coulee City), Pearrygin Lake State Park (and nearby Twisp/Winthrop), Alta Lake State Park, Conconully State Park (and nearby Pateros), and Birch Beach & Peace Arch State Parks in Blaine. Other tour partners include the Methow Arts Alliance, the Confederated Tribes of the Colville Nation, and the Lummi Nation, with plans to visit Community Centers on the reservation at Nespelem, Keller, Inchelium, Omak, and the Lummi Nation.
